    Brake pressure

Does anyone know if there is a way to measure the hydraulic pressure exerted by the master cyclinder? Especially from idle pressure, which should be minimal, to full braking, which should be X psi. Are there any cars that come with sensors like these or are they stock on most???

    Thanks for any help!

As far as I know, no cars have it stock. I have not heard of a tool specifically to measure brake fluid pressure, but it probably wouldn't take much. You could use an oil pressure sensor and figure out a way to splice it into a brake line somewhere...

im sure www.summitracing.com sells what youre looking for.... i installed dual masters, a proportioning valve, and two pressure gauges on a super late model stock car a few years back.... so to answer your question, yes.... you can monitor the hydraulic pressure being exerted

I was thinking of the hydraulic gauge. Do they make digital pressure gauges?
