Another reason why big trucks == suckage

    http://www.bridger.us/2002/12/16/Cr...ooperVsFordF150

That's pretty bad. Someone driving a tiny ass MINI would have minor bruises while the driver of an F150 would need an ambulance if both had a 40mph front offset crash....all hail the huge mighty trucks!!!!

Interesting read. I was surprised to the Corolla with somewhat high numbers on that list though.

thats good news. the more people who die in large vehicles means the less large vehicles there are.

the more people who die driving the big cars = the less people left to buy new large cars after their accidents :D

we're smartening the population, one fatal wreck at a time :D

link still works fine for me.

Somewhere in there it mentions that trucks/suvs are something 25% more accident-prone than the rest. Must be all the stupid people, who can barely handle a shopping cart, driving around in 5,000 lb tanks.

BUT its the "NEW" Ford F-150 With "Quiet Steel" Who cares about things like safety and reliability?? I got an F-150 here !!!

I just wish the idiots would learn WHERE the turn signals are located and how to use them.

I'm guessing improving crash safety isn't part of Ford's turn-around plan.
