and how much do you guys think it would run do get this done, at least the first one. I would imagine that you would just need to weld a plate to where the existing inner lights are and bondo it smooth?

imo, i hate it when they shave off the inner tails, looks like shit to me...and the is300 inners are ok, but again just better off leavin the normal ones there and smoking the whole taillights or gettin black background ones...will look much better

i agree...it does look like somethings missing...just looks to plain, and the second one the inner lights don't really flow with the outer ones...

yeah, i was looking for something to make my car look different, and i figure that it wouldn't be tons of work, i mean w/ welding skills and some paint

i like the way those look, but i wouldnt do that on an otherwise stock car, u need a lip or a bodykit or sumthin to make it all flow together, kno wut i mean
until then, try smoking or redding out your tails, it will look very clean and different and best of all its not permanent or expensive

and no1 has told u how much it cost yet

a shop should charge you about $250-$300 to do the trunk, $400 if they do quality work or use expensive paint.

that would defeat the purpose of "shaving" though, wouldnt it, unless he were to french his antenna, but thats for serious showcars and would add to the cost

but theres a big o space on the middle, why not just slap a lisence plate to the side or in the middle.
