Your problem might come from the fact, that since you roll down your windows, more drag is put on the car, therefore, your engine has to work harder, making it operate much louder... Your AC should blow harder too, so if you ever need cooler air, faster, roll down all your windows in the middle of summer.

In conclusion, driving with your windows down adds 15 horsepower and 13 ft-lbs of torque to the engine output.

    heh.

    team fuzion sux....
just playing jay....sorry about friday dude, I was holed up finishing my e-manage install, I was kinda bummed that I didn't get to come out, but then last night I got to ride in a turbo 240 sx, that is running very rich, with 3 inch exhaust ending right behind the gutted back seat, with the drain hole unplugged, leaking gas fumes in.....*deep breath*....gotta love it ....*exhale*

If you actually had to try and write something like that, could it quite possibly be you that brings the overall IQ of this board down? ;) :p

If you add stickers on your window, it shall provide addtional aerodynamic blockage which shall re-route air away from your car.

your question dont make much sense but if you got power windows, your rpm will drop when u are rolling your windows up/down. doesnt make your engine sound louder though.

There's an easy fix to this problem, drive without your pants on when your windows are down.
