Thats from full tank down to quarter tank or lil below it right? And that does sound about right for gas milage. Well maybe you should get a bit more, but do you do city or highway driving? And do you floor it to get from 0 to speed limit.

Some quick checks to do... Air filter, maybe get a flue injector cleaner. PVC valve.

Oh my...In my 2000 Rolla before the turbo I was getting about 300-315 mpt and after the turbo kit, I am down to 215-225 mpt now and that's on premium gas!

Just something for some of you future turbo guys to think about...Sucks ass!

before turbo... about 300-330 (local only)

after turbo... about 240-260 (local only)

wanna get good gas mileage... then use sythentic motor oil.... tranny oil... fuel cleaner every 3k... use good gas... not some water down crap... make sure ur car was broken in correctly... etc...

have your injectors cleaned the proper way, not just buying those injector cleaner and add to your gas. had the injectors in my van cleaned after 75,000kms (5yrs.) and now it's so much better on gas and more power too.

i got mine cleaned at firestone-i felt a big difference after-b/c the car's injectors were SOOO clogged...they basically hook an "IV" unit up to the pvc valve (i think) and let the "solvent" drip over an hour or so-they then crank up the car-rev it hard-and shoot out all the crap out-huge white clouds came out my exhaust afterwards-it was cool lookin! it cost 60 bucks w/ coupon-normal price is about 100 bucks-i would get mine done at Toyota dealer if i were you..

60-120 bucks... some places will actually physically take apart your throttle body and brush out all of the gunk, but i have yet to see any place actually do it.. the price i quoted is when they drip the stuff into your pcv valve.and thats all they do.. if you havent done yours in while-like at least 40k to 60k miles, DO IT, you'll feel a significant performance increase..and im not joking either..
