The wheels inside my head are turnin...

So I was thinking... If I bought the Koito JDM headlights and sent them to a company like Illusion Lighting for a HID retrofit, would that solve the harness issue?

For those Koito JDM headlights (the ones you have in your sig) to work correctly, you have to switch the bulb harness to H4, right? My question is, if I got a Xenon HID upgrade for those headlights, would that take the place of modifying the bulb harness to H4's? If I'm still not being clear let me know...

it might not. if they redo the wiring for an H4 bulb (what the light needs) it won't match up to what you have in the car now (9006/9005) so you'd need a harness anyways. Or, you may be able to tell them that you've got 9006/9005 bulbs now and they could make the switch for you. You'd really have to call and ask.
