    do you do martial arts?

On a serious note none of the I do "judon't no" or "guns are better"... I wanted to know if anyone has done martial arts and still does? I have been for 10 years. I have seen a trend were people do it for a while then drop it. It has been a vital part in life and can't ever let it go. how bout you?

Took it for over 4 years. I quit 2 belts before black and I wish I didn't. Once in a while I feel like I want to do it again just so to refresh my senses and techniques. Plus it was a hell of a work out and keeps you in shape.

I took Kenpo for about 5-7 years or some shit. I think I started In 2nd grade and quit somewhere around 7th or 8th grade. I got up to a purple belt, which was A LOT higher than most people ever got. Around the time I quit was when i was just about ready for my blue belt test. I had a total of 4 different colored belts when I was in it. Wasn't a very easy system.

Tae Kwon Do, starting at around 3rd or 5th grade, can't remember too well. I was in it for a while, got to the last belt before black (red), then I had to stop. I wish I had continued.

i have also studied martial arts starting with formal training in Tae Kwon Do almost reaching black belt.

i have since been self-teaching my own custom fighting style, using a mixture of different fighting styles.

I took Tae Kwon Do as well. I dropped at blue belt one red stripe. Parents couldn't afford it anymore. I agree though it was a great workout and a lot of fun. :)

that is awesome. It is great practice martial arts with you significant other. I want to teach my wife, but I still have a little more learning for myself to do before I start teaching anyone. Hopefully this move to germany will give me time to put more effort in training and not my car
