Whatever happened to the company that did yours? I remember we had a few people lined up to buy a kit after yours was fabricated.

Yeah man...That is a lot! I had my kit custom made. I only paid a little over 3 G's for mine and that was installed. Think about it--4 grand for a turbo kit then you have to pay someone to install and tune it. That's not worth it if you ask me. Stafford needs to come up off that price--The kit doesn't even have lots of goodies to play with.

BTW, if you have a stick, you should notice a nice gain. I can beat some stock GT mustangs. I will rip an auto apart but I have a hard time with the "really good" 5 speed drivers.

Wow. How much HP you gained? It's different with us 5S-FE people. We could get a kit for around $1,000 using Toyota parts.

Well, I haven't had the opportunity to run it yet b/c I had a wreck and it has been at the body shop for 2 months. Now, I have to get a new O2 censor b/c mine is shot...It runs horrible right now. I will have it running right Tuesday though. Then thursday, I will run it on our 1/8 mile track and get you guys some times. I am only on 5lbs of boost and I guess I am around 170 whp? Maybe?

Anyways, here are my wreck pics!

I pulled into a police station on campus to turn around and the drive was very steep so I had to go slow. On my way backwards (b/c there was no place to turn around cause it was so narrow) I scraped the rear bumper a bit and tried to get a lil more sideways (oh it was at night and POURING rain)...When I got back and started to put it in 1st BAM!!!!!! An Explorer tagged me pretty good. He said that he never saw me.

Oh and in the police report, it was my fault b/c I was "backing into traffic". The speed limit was 20 on that road and that's what he said he was going. Um, soon as he hit us, we did a complete 360! I wasn't hurt, just hit my head on the window and got some whiplash.

I'm not surprised. It's always a SUV. What sucks is that no matter how fast someone may be going, if you back up into someone, it's your fault.

turbo rolla.....sorry that that happend to you and I hope that I'm not out of place asking you this but, in your sig. it says that you are running a safc, and a vortec FMU...Im going to be running e-manage, and I know that I am going to need more fuel pressure, what do you think would be good for it?

I am not familiar with the e-manage...The vortec FMU is just like another fuel pump. The SAFC is just like the e-manage, just a choice I made. I have heard that it is simpler and better. But that is just an opinion.
