    new reverse indiglos

I finished swapping in my 01-02 S Cluster into my rolla, and installed some new reverse indiglos. I didn't wanna do the standard ebay/procarparts ones, so I bought some ac-autotechnics gauges. Night shot below (its the best one, the others turned out blurry).

I actually took the red condoms off the bulbs because the red needles and red odo readings clashed really badly. The needles are orange and the backlight is yellow-orange w/o them.

    Thanks!

I bought the cluster on ebay for 100, I actually had bought another one off the old vvti from ConcordMk1 but after he got my M.O. he disappeared. What a bum.

I got the gauges on ebay too, 50 shipped. I'd put LED's in there, but the only thing I don't like is the hot spots they create, unless I were to put wide-angle luxeon's in. We'll see about that - still working on the LED tail lights.

I got a set of AC S7Gauges (oil pres., air/fuel, volt) and I realy wanna make a whole color scheme w/ them and my cluster.

They look good. I like it a lot. I would get this one instead of the one I got.

Wow, nice. I was thinking about getting those, but there was never a clear enough picture of them for me to sway my decision. Hmmm...

Heh, I guess you have an issue with the outside temp gauge.

    Looks good though!

Are the LED's brighter than your stock bulbs? From the pics It doesn't look like they really create hotspots... how does it look in person?

the LED's look great...very bright. only problem is the digital areas that show the temperature and the mileage are kinda hard to read at night 'cause the black lettering kinda blends in with the blue light. but that's not all that important anyway. and the gauges look alot better in person than in my picture
