Just got my call from Toyota

    Just got my call from Toyota

    I just got my offer..$12,142.50 for my rusty Tacoma! I might hang onto the $ until fall, and see what gas is like then (rather than buying a Tundra right off)...I'd be unhappy to be paying $6/gal at 18mpg. $3-4/gal I could handle..

    When I called Toyota, they asked how long I've had the truck...apparently people who are buying them with the purpose of turning them back over to Toyota aren't getting 1.5x value. If you've owned one since before they announced the warranty, then you're in luck. :)
