Totally jealous of you now. I moved closer to work, and still eat up the gas.

... could be partly those 33's too. ;)

I commute to school and work. Schools about 5 miles away and work is like 63 miles roundtrip. And gas here is $3.80 for 87 octane!

both my bikes burned in a fire. plus here in LA, or rather in the San fernando Valley, it's already getting close to 100 degrees, I think riding a bike in 105+ degrees weather is not very healthy plus everything is so far apart. anyway, here its currently 3.88 by my house for 87 and going up.

Riding bikes for long distances can get pretty tiring. My friend owns one and rode it 80 miles to get home. Not fun. You feel like falling off after 30 miles or holding on. LOL :D Ethanol fuel is looking very promising now. what qualifications do you need to run E85 fuel?

He's got a Kawasaki Ninja. You have to constantly stay leaned forward. I'm sure you would get tired of that after a while. :)

3.69 for 93 in North Mississippi. In some places in Memphis, premium is already at 4 bucks. It's strange here, you can drive a mile and save .30 a gallon or better inside the city limits.

Slightly off-topic, but the Ninja is an uncomfortable bike in the first place. I used to drain an entire tank (200-215) miles on my 600R in one day.

    /hijack over

Closing in on $3.60ish for regular. $3.90 for premium.
