It's not getting into the head of "most" people here. They think that everyone who will carry a gun will get their permit first.

If they're going to carry illegally anyway, what's to stop them with the laws as they are?

    Lay off the crack, dude.

How are you going to stop them anyway? Have other students shoot him? If that's the case, why don't you put yourself in that situation where you have to shoot him. I doubt it because there are many reasons.

Ever heard of "guns don't kill people, people kill people."?

(...oh shit, I'm all outa CRACK!!!)

if i suck at English, why are you ending your statement in a preposition? DON'T PICK ON A GRAMMAR AND SPELLING NAZI, JACKASS. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOSE.

BACK to the topic at hand; we're not discussing grammar capabilities or the lack thereof, we're discussing guns and whether or not they have a place in public places like college campuses. stick to the bloody topic.

I'll leave the posts alone because somehow slowrolla managed to make a couple debate related points. As bad as they were, I don't want to wreck entire posts to get rid of his complaining.

Back to the topic at hand.

It's true that it's hardly a rifle round, but it still is which makes it such a great armor piercer. I agree the Five Seven is bulky and awkwardly huge. It's not easy to get a hold of either. Armor piercing weapons are government regulated.

People these days are just brainwashed into thinking that guns cause all the problems and crimes. If there was proper education teaching people how to use them to protect the correct things, crime would decrease and society would actually be much better off.

Some people don't seem to get the concept that if there was a law that said, "Guns are illegal to all people."

... there are still going to be people getting ahold of them and shooting people.

Like someone else said, might as well arm the law-abiding.

    Vigilante justice ftw.

You have no idea what I do for work, do you?

Yes, that I have. And yes, I'd rather another student shoot him before he shoots more people. In case you're not familiar..

There's a 5-7 and a PS90 for sale at my local gun shop...gun laws vary by state.

You notice he didn't have anything smart-ass to say to my post. He either figured out I was talking to him or he just knew he'd lose that one. lol

Just ignore him. Don't give him the attention that he craves. That's how you treat attention whoring kids. He'll get the idea and go away.

Here in California, gun laws are a lot more strict. I live in a pretty safe neighborhood right now, but if I move to a worse neighborhood, I'll consider applying for a license and buying a firearm or two. I already have a few concealed Cold Steel Grivory knives placed stragetically around the house. No kids of course.
