I was quoted $400 for the following:

water pump change
serpentine belt change
all hoses replaced


is that a good price?

PS, if my heating sucks (blowing out warm air..at best, through the A/C vents), do i need to recharge my A/C or do i need to replace my heating core or my hoses?

what does AC have to do with heating? lol
