    Spring are in!

Well, my springs finally came in, they are Tein H-Tech and I already have my Tokico HP struts waiting to go on. Hopefully they will be installed in about 3 or 4 weeks. I have to buy 4 new strut mounts, which is what is making me wait to install them.

I'm just happy they are in, since it took 9 weeks for them to come in!

Tokico HP Struts - $450 CAD or $361 USD
    Tein H-Tech - $263 CAD or $211 USD

Can't wait to install them now, just have to get prices on strut mounts (ouch) and then me and a buddy of mine will install them.

theres a place here in town that lets you rent spring compressors by putting like $70 down.....but all you have to do is return it and you get all your money back.....maybe they have the same thing around ur area, man....

Im in Canada, in New Brunswick to be exact

And why is $572 USD bad AE102? Remember, that is with taxes and shipping, that is my final price, which I find is pretty good...

My friend is a mechanic for a garage, and he has his own garage at home where he does some work on the side, he can get parts just above cost for me, so i'm just going to get OEM mounts, and probably Ingall's camber bolts, hopefully i'll have it done in the next month... low on cash right now... had an accident, cost me money :(

man....I am in Vancouver and getting exact same parts as yours (which yr. rolla is urs anyway, mine is 98)

all I can say is....I paid way more than you do...and those tokico shocks are RARE here in Vancouver....

best deal I find here is Cad$557 include tax for the tokicos!!
however, the waiting could be up to 3 months~6 months.....

so....I gave up on it and order it from Calgary....

I ordered mine online from toyhookup@yahoo.com, maybe email him and get a price, might be cheaper for you. Yeah, i'm pretty happy with the price I paid, considering im in Canada, and the shipping and taxes on stuff, I have no idea what AE102 was talking about aobut bad prices...

don't wanna scratch up my front bumper or anything like that...(gonna have 15" on my ride with basically "stock" exterior look)

Ahhh, well that makes more sense AE102 :) I didn't mean anything bad by it either, I just couldn't figure out why you'd think that was bad prices, hehe...

I have a 1994 Corolla, from peoples post, the S lowers it more, but also has a bit harsher ride, the H doesn't lower as much, its still firmer than stock, but still has a softer ride... I went with H because i don't want to lower it too much

if you want something that drops more than H-Techs and less than the S-Tech's I highly recommend B&G springs.
