    This year, you might not have to do that. With the economy and consumer confidence being what it is I have a pretty good feeling that good deals will be available all the way to Christmas eve.

    Plus, I'm wagering $4/gallon gas nationwide by the second week of December if we don't see any significant changes in the current market.


    I'm wondering myself if Black Friday is going to be as full of chunky,bitchy, sweatsuit clad Uber-moms throwin' dem 'bowz over XBoxs and Wiis and Playstations as it was last year...given the state of our local economy.

    hehe.. I honestly miss working on black Friday... I was never a casher or anything but I worked on the dock at JcPenney, I would just walk the store and pick up hangers and yell at the people who wouldn't move, its a fun day for somebody that loves watching a mob happen for no reason what-so-ever, but no, I will not be going only due to the fact that I have to work on that friday... damn... :)

    I have to work that day, but Im a service tech for a ton of retail stores including walmart, the issue I see is not getting what u want, its checking out. Kinda looking forward to it though :)

    Yeah. But maybe she can find me a good deal. Just need to confirm the RAM type. I think it's PC2-4200. Just need to get un-lazy enough to open up the panel on the bottom of my laptop... :eek:

    my wife waited in line at circuit city for a camera for over 2 hours because the line was so long. i would much rather spend the extra money then wait in line. even for best buy, you need to basically wait in line the night before to get the good deals and that is just not worth it to me.
