If you do, please pray for my family.

Just found out from my dad that my granddad is dying now. He's only got a few days left if the doctors are right.
He's been fighting colon cancer for about 5 years now, and he's been doing pretty well, but in the last few months, he's had a tumor develop in his small intestine now, and it's really messed up his stomach. He now can't eat, he's REALLY weak, and they can't do anything about the tumor. So now, he's really dying.
If you believe in God, please pray to Him for my family. I've been REALLY close to my granddad my whole life (I'm 21 right now). This is just a really hard time for me. Any prayers are appreciated.

    Thanks guys/gals.

Well, allow me to provide an update:

My granddad is now in a hospice care facility. He's been taken off of the IV line that fed him just to make him more comfortable. He was only going to get weaker, and this is just easier for him. His stomach will never work right again, and now all he has going into his system is pain medication and a tranquilizer (very mild, just keeps him calm when he's awake). I don't know how much longer he'll be around, but the doctors didn't expect him to make it through the weekend. It's gotten even harder for all of us now because we KNOW he's about to die, so we're just holding our breath and praying for God's mercy to just take him before he suffers more.

That's sad man. Just know that he'll be out of pain soon and that he didn't go so suddenly that you missed out on anything you always wanted to tell him or hear from him.
