    Great TIVO deal

Sams was selling the Humax T800 80 hour tivo boxes for 50 bucks. People jumped on the deal, and now theyre up on ebay for anywhere from 100 bucks to 150 bucks. PLUS, you get the receipt so you can get a 100 refund from TIVO.

SO, the original buyer is getting 50-100 in profits, and the next buyer is getting a TIVO box for 50 bucks after the refund.

I jumped on that deal, and received my auction yesterday.....already have it hooked up, registered, and my refund stuff is submitted! So, overall, I got a TIVO 80 hour box for 50 bucks shipped. (Which is my second box, cuz I got TIVO a year ago, and I love it! Gotta have it on two TVs!)

So, if youre wanting to get tivo, nows the time to jump on it.....great deals out there.

Check out www.tivo.com Its a digital video recorder, so you can record television programs, movies, etc off of your Tv, and watch them later.
You can also pause Live TV, rewind, fast forward, etc.

And SAMS CLUB is a members only department type store...

i'd say it's closer to a membership version of Wal-Mart.

Nah, I wouldnt necessarily say its a Wal-Mart.....even though its owned by the same family.

Sams sells stuff in bulk, but also sells books, DVDs, Games, tools, furniture, and whatnot, but a higher end than wal mart. I actually didnt renew my sams club membership, cuz Im a Costco member, and costco is 10 times as good as sams club.

Nice! We do not have Sam's up here in NYC but we do have BJ's and Cotsco. I have been to both, but I have a membership to BJ's and I like it better. I will go check out BJ's and Cotsco and see if any of them have any good deals.

I currently have my Time Warner Cable DVR box which is like Tivo, only difference is that it works on their network. I would not mind a Tivo for the other tv set.

    Good loooking out.
