Its a frickin awesome looking movie.

Off topic: I just saw Live Free or Die Hard. Awesome movie but in the previews there was Hitman. Crazy how many comic book and game movies are coming out. They make money so they give the public what they want. hehe

yayfer TRANSFORMERS If I had never met Nathan, I would never go see this. I never played with this stuff as a little cute darling child ;). I played with barbies, dolls, and then when I was outside, I played with bugs and dirt and went fishing and hunting with my dad and grandpa. I didn't have video games growing up either.

I just got back home from seeing it at a pre-viewing before its official release here in Tulsa. That movie was two n a half hours of awesome. Easily one of the best movies this summer. The movie very action packed with realistic and believable special effects. The special effects can hurt ur eyes sometimes especially when they start doing close ups and start moving fast. There are comic relief points throughout the movie. I don't think you have to know anything about Transformers to appreciate this movie. It also had some pretty cool cars in it like the Pontiac Solstice, the new Camaro, a couple new GMC's, etc. It's definitely worth your money to go see this movie...

For all the people who saw the previews for the Transformers movie, I finally figured out what the name of that mysterious movie was that didn't give a movie title.

Firstly, the preview starts with a bunch of people at a going away party, then there's an earthquake. They run outside on the roof with a video camera and pan over at NYC to see a huge explosion. Then a bunch of flaming rocks n stuff come flying at them along with the statue of liberty's head. Then the preview ends with "01.18.08" and "Produced by J.J. Abrams" without giving away the title of the movie.

The name of this movie is Cloverfield. This is an unconfired movie title because it may be the code name title of the top secret movie itself. The movie is suppose to be set in NYC and the movie will be shot entirely under the POV of handheld video cameras (think Blair Witch Project). The monster in this movie is supposedly known as The Parasite.....

...can't wait...everyone in the theater was super impressed with the trailer but was all like wtf when they didnt say the title of the movie...

I can't find a single video preview on the internet anywhere. Someone should go take a camera into the theaters, get a shot of the trailer, and spread it all over youtube cuz i wanna see it again..

Just saw it tonight. Excellent movie. Michael Bay has done it again. All I can say now is merchandise promoting. All the features cars and the Transformers themselves in different forms will be selling like crazy. Oh, and those Transformer vinyl stickers you see sometimes on cars? Yeap, those will be all over. hehe The only thing that made me a little disappointed was how they changed some of the Transformer's original forms. i.e. Megatron is supposed to be a Walther P38 handgun instead of a jet. they wanted more realism in regard to size and them transforming. i read somewhere that they wanted the mass/height to match up in both states of transformation.

plus, an alien jet is far more capable than a dumb handgun.
