    When you see the video playing on the website, right click then select properties then copy and paste the URL of the video. After that it should just play in your windows media player then click on file and save as.....the only one i couldnt really save onto my computer is the macromedia file with the cheerleading move in it....i dunno how to save macromedia stuff....
