it went up $0.20 since the last time I posted when it was $3.09...i'm guessing it's a result of the annual Memorial Day weekend. It always goes up around that time and then drops afterwards..

I highly doubt its gunna drop. its probally gunna 'linger' at that price and then start to go up again. Im gunna bet that gas will be around $4.50/gal by the end of summer.

Its already $3.50/gal now. It WAS 2.99 on the 15th. This shit is just getting out of control.

this is making me really regret buying a V6 engine that takes premuim gasoline. Im gunna buy a motorcycle engine and put it into a an old honda civic.

I'm thinking of getting one too. What's a good bike that is affordable and moderately fast?

Depends on the type of bike you want.
Do you want a heavier bike (like a Harley) or a lighter one (most Japanese models)?
Do you want a standard/standing bike, where your ankles are below your knees?
Or a cruiser, where your legs are out in front of you?
Or a sport bike, where you lean forward, with your legs behind you?

I wanted a lighter, standard bike. The Honda Nighthawk is pretty much choice for that.

That's what they report officially. I'm sure along the way they have hidden costs.

Does anyone have a breakdown of the taxes and profits of gasoline prices? I remember there was a pie chart.

I love my Yamaha FZ6. I can get around 50mpg even with driving it a little hard. Better than my Grand Cherokee, that gets 16mpg at best.

just spoke to my parents a few minutes ago and they said its 3.01 per gallon in the city and 2.95 out.

your getting 7 miles to the gallon more than my moms Civic Hybrid in the city. she just did a trip on saturday and averaged 51mpg combined. the weird thing is that she is not the slowest of drivers either.
