    Shrinking a video

i recorded this video of me taking my car for a drive. and the file needs to be less than 100mb, its currently at 150mb. i recorded it in mpeg-1 format 680x420 res, 29.97 fps audio was 16bit, 4800khz, but the audio came out quiet. anything i can do to make it smaller? the avi version was near 300mb but better quality, oh and im using adobe premier

If you use windows movie maker and use the avi file, you can change what size you want it to be when you create the movie. All you have to do is click on "save to computer" then select the size you want from the list. And at the bottom of the pop up, it'll tell you how big the file will be.
