    Invincible blackberry

A couple days ago, I sent my girl friend's blackberry pearl through a full wash cycle because she left it in her coat pocket. We got it out of the dryer, dried it out for 24 hours with two fans blowing on it. Put the battery back in and started up fine, everything works and damage what so ever. This is a cast improvment for blackerry because my the screen cover cracked on my blackerry 7105t just from being in my pocket.
I strongly recomend the pearl to anyone looking for a good rugged smart phone.

to the OP: don't ever try to get it replaced by the phone company - the stickers inside the phone will show it's already been soaked, and they won't honor any kind of warranty.

I know, her indicators pink showing it got wet. Luckily if it did break, we bought the second party insurance that covers anything.

haha jesse (one of the roommates) works for t-mobile ; his pearl looks like it spent a vacation in baghdad - still rocking. :) they are some tough friggin phones.

if you ever want to get it replaced though... my suggestion.. "lose" it. :)

Also, that is what happens when you don't proof read the post until after you click "post"

The insurance companies don't replace lost phones anymore, because people were usuing that scam. I was planning on doing that with my old coverage, basiclly say you "lost" it and sell it on eBay for $$$. So now you have to have a "piece" of the phone to prove you didn't lose it. I did find a place where you can buy the back batter cover. :ninjastea

you should say it got stolen, and the police cant form a case because there were no witnesses when you got mugged, punch your self a few times so it looks believable.
