noise coming from driver side wheel well

when i hit 70mph i get this wierd whistle, sounds kinda like my brakes are a little to tight and its rubbing =, when i head back to work ill record it and hope the sound is pretty good.

it just happened on my way back home for lunch, and i had to hard brake for some stupid ass who ran a red lights, so it might be my brakes...anyway ill record it

it may be the brakes or it may be the wheel bearings.

in that case, i'm guessing there could have been crud on the rotor.
