    heh, not too accurate... well at least it wasn't for my stuff here at the office... perhaps my connection is faster than any of those servers ... we're on a gigabit circuit here. hehe

    gigabit circuit doesn't mean anything unless ur company is using oc-48 connection or sometin, that gigabit connection is probably just to the router, i hae a 100mb connection, doens't mean anything

    umm... you think I wouldn't know that if that were the case? would hope so considering network engineering is my primary career. My title afterall is ' director of network operations ' LOL

    Gigabit is all the way into the pipe. The cabinet I ran the test from is sitting literally 10 feet from the primary backbone at the Level(3) gateway in Denver. A nice fat fiber line runs from it directly into the backbone.

    o shizzle vortex!, Thats wat i wanna try for but not sure if i can get into that, i got confused once it goes into details about the layers and stuff.... I took cisco networking academy for 4 semesters for that CNA test or w/e its called but enver took it, then took networking again in at college,
