    Snooze Button

What time do you get up in the morning, and how many times do you hit the snooze button?

I have my alarm set for 4:15AM.....and I hit the snooze button twice, at 8 minutes each. Oh, and my alarm clock time is set about 10 minutes fast, lol.

Im usually out the door at 4:43, 4:43 every morning. I arrive at work at about 540, 545 each morning.

I get up at 6:45 or 7:15 (depending on which day). I try no to hit snooze more than 3 times. I just moved my clock to the tallest piece of furniture in my room yesterday in an attempt to make sure I actually get up in the morn.

lol...you would still go back to bed. :p you need one of those alarm clocks that actually hide themselves while they're ringing, making you wake up even more.

i never hit the snooze...i use my cell as my alarm, and that little thing is loud.

I use my cell phone too but I place it on the other side of my desk further away from the bed. So actually have to physically get out of bed to turn it off. LOL

I hate getting up so early, but I like being home, laying on my couch at 3, 330 everyday.

I use both my cell phone and my alarm clock. My alarm clock is set 20 minutes ahead of the actual time (along with my wall clock). I set it to wake me up at 4:30am (4:10am) every morning.
My cell phone has five alarm times to go off and I hit snooze on each one until I get up.
    4:10
    4:20
    4:30
    4:40
4:42 (this alarm tone set to a differently to the others)

Its set so I can get to work at 5am.

Needless to say, I hit the snooze button very often cuz im not a morning person until I wake up, lol...

wow...you snooze entirely too frequently. get better sleep and eat better food, and you should have a significantly reduced problem getting up in the morning.

^^well actually its because I spend too much time doing homework or watching something so interesting that it keeps me up til late at night. Or I go to the gym at the only convenient time, which for me turns out to be the evening...but those all those times are just contengencies. I usually end up getting up at about 4:20 anyways. Just in case I fall back asleep, or spend too much time laying there is why I really have all those times set.

I get up 90 minutes before I need to be at work. If 6am, then 4:30am; 8, 6:30.

I do not use the snooze button because it only teases me. I start to fall asleep again and then am jolted out of it. Once it goes off, I get up.

I get up at 6:45am everyday and never hit the snooze button. And depending on traffic I can either be A) On Time b)Late by 5 minutes or c) late by 10 minutes.

My boss doesn't care that I'm only 5-10 minutes late. Then again how can she get made when she's 30 minutes late each day and she lives 5 minutes from work..lol. Its only an issue if its more then 15min late.

on off days i get up at 0800 other than that i usually get about 4-6 hours of rest during a 48 hour period but i can deal with it so it doesn't bother me, its only on some days that i have to pull off a 65-70 hour post than i get really tired and can sleep for about 6-8 hours and i will be fine again.
