Well personally I think this is absurd. I have to admit I really dislike a lot on animal rights activist groups. It seems to me that they make a huge deal and 'spin' a lot of issues to unnecessary levels.

I understand how things are supposed to work in "the wild". But a zoo is not the wild, period. So to say that zoo officials should have a let an animal die in their charge regardless of whether the mother abandonded it is a little crappy to me. I mena sure it may have some trouble adjusting but if you kill it you'll never find out, eh?

They make it sound like asin to let it live, and now they are saying it should stay alive now. Make up your damn mind and stop "tattle-tailing" on people just to grab attention and make your presence known...

pretty sure baby polar bears are the flippin cutest....how could then want him to die? are they stupid? ugh that breaks my heart. i'm glad he's okay!
