Any Ae-92 Experts Here???

I got a free AE-92 Sedan AKA Corolla DX, its Auto with 127K miles in it...

I want to play with it and spend not more than 2grand for everything,
I found a 4A-GE blacktop with the 6spd tranny at ebay for $850, will that fit the DX? and can I swap it to a manual? I'm thinkin about a custom exhaust including header with a Tanabe universal muffler and a highflow cat... and just install the performance springs and shocks, I already have my friend ordered in the philippines along with my J-SPLs, and just custom weld stabilizer bars...

The thing I want to know is, if the is swap possible with the 6spd stick conversion???
I really like this car and this car looks brand new, except for the speakers, their rotten"anyways i'll just gut it out and change it along with a navi" I'll post pics and videos when its done, and also the car isn't here yet, I dont have a truck to tow it when he gave it to me... I only own a Corolla S 03, and a Yaris HB...
