shift boot?

    shift boot?

    i took out my center console because i dropped my chapstick in the ebrake thing and it wouldnt go down. and when i took it off the shift boot popped out of place. does anyone know how to put it back in place? or was it glued down and i have to go buy superglue from the store or something. its not that big of a deal i just would like to have it the way it was =[

    The boot has 4 clips that need to catch on the console. Try to hook the front clips first then the rear clips. It may take a few tries so be patient so you don't scratch up your interior.

    the hooks are just rubber...does it need to catch on the black part?

    its kinda just chillin hasnt given me a problem but its not on the right way
