    01 Bumper Removal?

I have an 01 and need to pull the bumper cover off but i'm not sure what needs to be disassembled and i would like to try avoid breaking anything haha So if someone could please post how to do this it would be greatly appreciated, and pics would be great. Thanks in advance.

If I recall correctly, there are 6 bolts and 3 clips holding it on.

-2 bolts will be on the top your bumper under the hood where it connects to the radiator support
-1 clip in the same spot between the 2 bolts
-2 bolts, 1 on each side of the bumper where it meets the fender above the wheel (you might have to peel back the plastic rain guard thing
-2 clips when you get under the bumper (get on the ground and look up) take a flathead, pop out the middle part and they should come out
-2 bolts where the bottom sides of the bumper (near the wheels) are connected to a support arm on either side, there is a bolt connecting the arms to the car.

Sorry no pics, and thats the best I can remember.

I've got the service manual too but the pic isn't real clear sometimes. I forgot about vamp's DIY guide. I've got a replacement bumper sitting in my garage for like that last 2 years now, I think I'm finally going to install it this spring. It's black and my car is silver, but anything is better than the smashed up stock one I have on now. Luckily the bumper I got is already pre-prepped (holes drilled), so it should bolt on directly. Though I have noticed the aftermarket bumper only seems to connect with 5 bolts instead of 7?
