    Vote 2008

I was watching ABC News just a while ago and they were talking about how another person has officially entered themselves into the 2008 presidential race. I didnt vote in 04 cuz I didn't know who to vote for. I think I will vote in 2008 but I don't know anything about politics cuz I hate politics. I'd like to educate myself about the candidates for 08 this time around. I like Obama cuz I like the way he runs things...or at least what i've been exposed to.

With all that said, what are the best unbiased sites on the net if you guys know of any??

Same here. I don't like his stance on guns either. I just don't like Illinois politicians in general. Corruption runs way too deep in this state.

I didn't vote last year because I had just moved and wasn't able to get registered in time but next election I'll be voting 3rd party because I think the choices for repubs and dems are both going to be horrible.

Obama is anti-gun. I don't trust anti-gun politicians. If a politician doesn't trust the people enough to allow them to exercize their 2nd amendment rights, why should I trust him to make law & policy thats in my best interest?

Plus, if he's anti-gun then he's also anti individual liberty and clearly doesn't consider the Constitution very important.

Therefore, I like Ron Paul for President.

Is that the only issue that you disagree with? Youd be hard pressed to find someone that has the same views as you on every issue.

I would've voted Green last time around...if Jello Biafra had gotten the nomination instead of Nader. :p

no definately not the only issue... the only person ive seen that carries similar ideal views like mine is kind of an obscure politician in wisconsin.

i dont have billions in the bank so my thoughts and beliefs dont mean jack shit to the government anyway

So far of the people on that site I'd vote for Romney, however, I don't like any of the candidates really.

HAHAHA see not all things are terrible in WI. (from WI) ... :) Anyway Nathan and I were reading about politicians one night and I ventured into the Wi side of things to see what they were up too. And only like one out of a bazillion were with both Nathan and I on our views. So yeah unless that person runs ... I am not voting. Even though i am in the military and I voted for Bush last year, it's mostly because I thought Kerry was an even bigger douchebag than Bush in a lot of aspects.

Speaking of politics ... Friday night I ordered pizza and the pizza guy was sooooooo weird. He basically said that the Dems are in cahoots with Al Queda... I was about to tell him to fuck off but I decided against it.
