    I can't believe I'm asking this. Is there any way that you can login to windows xp without knowing the password? It's the admin's password. And I don't have the XP cd.

    there is, boot into safemode, even if u are the admin, there is a another admin account, just log in and remove the password

    Yeah there is. A Disk called ERD Commander, by Winternals. We use it all the time here at work.

    Bascially, its a cd you boot to and has a Locksmith option on it. It will allow you to set/change the password for ANY local user account, including the administrator account. VERY Handy. :D
