    ^LOL
Here is my ***opinion. (***I make up all the numbers :D)

    Exhuast:
What do you mean exhuast???? header, cat, catback, axle back, muffler only?????
Someone in newcelica.org made a 4-2-1 header for the rolla and gain 23hp and 21 tq with dyno proof. But it's dyno with the header only, no cat no muffler no nothing.

    CAI:
    Around 2-5hp all around

    SRI:
You will rev faster. You will lost about 5hp at low-end and gain it back at top end.

one reason why i am removing my exhaust is because i lost a lot of low-end speed, idk how to explain but with the stock muffler and exhaust it was "quick" off the line and fine (i guess) at top end, but now with my exhaust crappy low-end great top-end...idk if that helps anywhere here or there...

note: a CAI with a bypass valve is just as good as a SRI

before i boosted this bitch,i just ran it OPEN :woot: do i recommend it NO!, It had no cats or muffler or any other restrictions, and a fully opened header that i had done. it kept going and never died, i loved it but if you want to do this do it the right way nothing stupid like i did in the past. expect moderate noise.

BTW i had not filter or any other crap just a ram air intake i made

My opinion here, a short-ram is a cheap, bastardized version of a full cold air intake.

If you are going to screw with the intake system, get a full cold-air. Even a stock air box with it's vent through the fender is going to pull colder (therefore denser) air than an air intake that is sucking it's air out of a hot-engine bay.
