I saw this on Sports Compact Car magazine. It's the first australian attempt to create their own car. Its suppose to be their version of the Avalon but takes a majority of it features from the Camry as well too. I think it looks really really cool.

    Engine- 3.5L 2GR-FE V6 with dual-VVT-i
    Power- 268hp / 248ft.lb. torque

    Toyota Aurion Sport Concept

Old news. How come NA always gets the crap cars lol. But probably to them they think that the NA cars are better than theirs. Also I do believe that the Aurion is their version of the camry and not the avalon.

Old news yes but I did a search before I posted this and no one posted anything about an Aurion so as far as everyone here is concerned its new news. And it said in the Sports Compact Car magazine that it was their version of the Avalon even though the body is pretty much the newer style Camry.

Not a fan of the black trim on the front, or the wheels. Other than that, I like it.

My mistake. It is their avalon. It is sold as a Camry in asian markets so I think thats why I got confused. Also I believe they dont have a v6 camry there anymore because it was replaced with the aurion. It has the same engine and buyers opted for the larger car.

there should be a s/c versino of the aurion coming out too... thats y at SEMA this yr there is a S/C camry...

hong kong and japan still get the same camry we got... the Aurion is a Camry only some body parts are different... so :nudge nudge: and   for y'all 07 camry fans u can do a aurion front end conversion...
