I have been waiting for this since 1999. This looks great and it won't be a video game to movie stinker like the rest (Resident Evil, House of the Dead, Tomb Raider, ect...).

oh hell yes. looks faithfull to the game too which was one of the most disturbing to date.

I still have nightmeres about pyrimid head when ever you first see him behind that gate where he cant get to you... after you come through the door way in to the hall... man that scared the shit outa me

I expect nothing but pure insanity, hopefully this movie will be scary.

A little too much sci-fi for my tastes. I am a Resident Evil (games) fanatic.

as a movie it was alllllriiiight. but it didnt do the game justice at all.

storylines, setting everything was really much more on point in the game

I have to agree although I only played Code Veronica and some of Zero, the movies although cool for what they were, didn't quite capture the "creepy" of the game. I remember the games being really freaky. [shudder]

Also, I think they did much better with the second Resident Evil than the first.

Since the very first Silent Hill game that I watched my cousin play, Ive become an instant fan....ive never played the game myself but it just seems much more interesting and involved than all the other games of its genre....this movie looks like an easy box office hit and an easy movie to make a sequel to.....that i hope they do.....but....if its gonna be another House of the Dead all over again, then im not gonna make the mistake of stilling through the whole movie thinkin that it "should be getting to the good part" again...

Gotta be "constipated" to see this movie?
