iono but the curb weight is gonna be about 2925 lbs for stick. ours is only 2500 or 2600. i think that's kinda too heavy. i'm htinking its also the same as the camry i4 engine. but we'll see when it comes out

Another thing to think about is aftermarket parts. I know for sure TRD already has some interesting things in development for the tC.

its the base I-4 from the camery. and also the trans will be the same from what i heard. and read in road and track.
trd already has a superchager made and will sell it and boost the hp to over 200 with torque to match. for around 2500-3000 installed when you purchase the car. from what i read you can get a supercharged tc with some sweet options and still be under 20K easy

but the weight / HP ratio is the same, even if each of them were fitted with a S/C, and not to favor one over the other, the tC is decked out compared to a fully stocked "S".

haha iono i guess what gives me the thrill is fixing up a car that is not as fixed up and customizing it is fun haha. like i own a 1991 corolla sedan and i had fun fixing that up. but that me though :D . i know tC would have more aftermarket parts and support, but i guess the less aftermarket support for our cars appeals me haha.

Good point! Even though I know many of us have tweaked rollas, I rarely see one. When I do, it makes me smile. I see too many hondas, and they have all but lost their luster. My favorite thing to do is spank their butts. I do love my rolla, though. It is like my little rocket, and the best thing is it will probably last forever with little problems.

from the pictures of i've seen, the tC does looks pretty sick. i just hope that they shorten the shifter. The xA and xB shifters (manual and auto) are hella long. Sorta reminds me of an 89 Tercel. hehehe...
