you could go with a heavier design, but not hollow, a heavier weight will get you better low end. the ones i had were forged but i paid a very, very pretty penny for them. anything that has a better oiling system i.e. oil ring, and will not cause detionation is good, also internal dome types are not good for cars like ours, a convex shape with a lower lining is good too.

Why have him make them custom when you can buy them already made?

Weisco is the next feasible option i would take over ARIAS.

They list them with the performance rebuild kits, but I'm sure you could get them seperately.

JE makes custom pistons as well.

MWR is expensive as all hell. IMO, JE Pistons are good but i've heard they work for Honda's best is this true?

if MWR carried ARIAS that would be great. i paid 730 for mine, just for the pistons alone (thank god i still have them) but even then i'd rather buy from a very well established manufacture, no that MWR is bad but its what i prefer.

MWR sells there own piston/sleeve kit for $879 and they also sell Wiseco pistons for $499

mine were just for the pistons alone and the rings no other parts.

if that was a load of shit then the guy who sold mine to me told me a load of shit as well. This was information that was told to me at the time of the purchase.
