    Does anyone know any good/easy ways to adjust the pedals to enable easier heel toe downshifts?

    I really don't think there's any adjustment at all. Either the pedals are spaced correctly or not. They are a bit too close together for me but I've adjusted to it.....mostly.

    fgf001 is right.
    How far are you willing to go to get them separated? Either way, it isn't worth it. That is, unless, you are transforming your car into an autocross one.
    You'll have to adjust like fgf001.
