    OH DEAR GOD NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a ticket today.. ****. It was a stupid ticket... I was driving so conservatively the whole night. The ONE TIME I GUN IT I GET A TICKET. 95 mph on highway 17 near los gatos, california. boy am i going to get it... its my 4th ticket in 2 and a half years. i just went to court last week to take care of a previous one too... any idea of what the fine is going to be? i am expecting it to be well into the hundreds. god damn.. the ironic thing is that earlier today i said to my friends that i think i learnd my lesson because i was driving so conservatively. oh god help me

hehe...yep...I was driving down on I880 from Vuteq and saw one chiillin on the side waiting for speeders. I also saw a fellow NC4 member on my way back. (Jose aka m3thodman). His ride looks sweet. Those tag decals look hotter than I thought they would look. Anyway, back on topic...

The fine depends on the speed limit in the area and your driving record. I would expect to pay fines in excess of $500. My last speeding ticket (which was a very long time ago) with a record similar to yours doing a 65 in a 45 was about $475. It doesn't help that you were just recently convicted of the same crime. Be careful. You said this is your 4th ticket in the last 2 years. I believe you are pretty darn close (if you aren't already there with this new ticket) of getting your license suspended from the DMV as an unsafe driver.

95 mph?!? Where were you going that you needed to go 95 mph??I'm pretty sure that you were going faster than 95 mph before they clocked you. Sorry, you deserved to get caught for driving that fast on the highway.

Admitting it is the first step towards the right direction. I hope you don't hit the rock bottom before completely abandoning your speeding habit. I too hate to be slow, but speed does kill. Think about what could have happened to you and others if you lost control under that excessive speed. You ought to consider yourself lucky being alive to pay for whatever the consequences are.

you can extend the court date. keep extending til they wont let you
and hopefully by the time you go to court, the officer will be a no show.
If he does show up, suck it up and pay the fine. :(

Actually, you need to find out the officers schedule, this isn't really hard. What day of the week was it when you got pulled over, they work 10 hours a day 4 days a week. Call his dispatch and ask for him on a monday, if they say he isn't there, schedule your court date for a monday LATE IN THE DAY like around 1 or 2pm, this will F up his whole day off and he may not show. Fridays are also good, IF he works monday through thursday, schedule your court date for friday 3-5 pm, this will F up his 3 day weekend, he may not show.

How funny...I would say the complete opposite. Its very possible that the reason you're alive is because you've been pulled over before killing yourself. God loves you.

scheduling a court date when an officer is off duty may not be the best idea. they get paid mad overtime for that cuz it involves them going to court.

South Corona. 15 freeway just past Cajalco near the Dos Lagos area, Trinity Golf Course, Glenn Ivy, and Tom's Farm.
