Konig Holes??

    Konig Holes??

    I was at a website earlier and for the 17x7s 4x100 lugnut pattern its a 40 offset, however if I change the bolt pattern to like 4x117 its 43 offset and I heard from differnt people here that they are 45 offset...can any of you clarify for me. thanks
