    I need help!!!!

my reverse indiglo guages are finally on its last stretch. The transformer is going in and out and I need to remove it completely. My friend installed this for me originally and had the hardest time getting one of the guage faces to come off since I don't have a tach and I got two needles that I need to position properly to get it off. Does anyone know how to get those needles reposition to point up so I can remove it? I don't want to cut the guage overlay cuz its not really the problem just the transformer. Anybody have any idea? I know you have to tilt it or something so you can get the needle to overcome some kind of barrier that is limiting it from moving all the way straight. please I need help!!!!
