    You want a survey, which means you need to have a file running and gathering the results and writing them to either a flat file, or a database for future retrieval. There are surveys already premade out there, just need to make sure you install it on your site. You can't really link from other sites.

    yeah kinda, cause i did this survey using cgi tools avilable from the webspace provider, its there its on and its active...

    I kinda found a way to put it in....
