    Help adjusting

    Dang it.. im so frustrated i wanted to change my gauge lights but the steering wheel needs to be lower
    i loooked evvvvvverywhere theres like a puley to push down my steering wheel but there is none! what do i do.. i have a corolla 01 CE

    It's really not that hard.

    Use a shorty screwdriver. Makes life easier for us that don't have tilt steering. If you were close to Livingston, LA, I'd do it for ya for the cost of lunch. Change my lights out more times than I care to think about.

    AHahaha well i thought there would be another way. arnt all steering wheels suppose to be adjustable? isnt that dangerous for other drivers?

    no. if you have the VE model it stands for Value Edition.

    also they didnt have the same standard safety features 10 years ago that they do today so they dont care. it was meant to be a cheap efficient car and it is =]

    Yah, at least the base 10th gen has the adjustable wheel. My AE does not :|
