Chrome trunk lid cover

Anyone ever use this stuff?

I'm thinking about a chrome trunk lid cover to go with my oem altis grill. they are hard to find and this seems like it could work. Any input? would it just flake off in a week?

that seems interesting, ur gonna have to be real careful if you leave the trunk peice on and do it. but i'm sure ur gonna remove it to paint

nope, i'm not a big fan of chrome to be honest with you. i only got the OEM Altis grill for a reason. u'll see when the car is all done.

o and yes i would definitely want to remove it before painting it....any insight as to go about doing this would be appreciated...

yeah, I'm not a huge fan of chrome either , but those pics from the taiwan altis club a while back made me want to work towards that classier look.....they even have chrome door handles....not quite sue if i want to go that far....
