    My left driver door window motor is wearing out, does anyone know how to go about removing and replacing it?

    I pulled a door panel off and it seems to be behind a metal panel that cant be accessed.

    you have to drop the whole thing...get the window out, remove the bolts that hold the window regulator and it should be easy to remove....a good video on youtube is uploaded that i followed and it was very easy n simple
