Well, it does say "Courtesy of..." instead of "Copyright" (although I doubt you could claim copyright for a scan.) The use of "Courtesy of" in your "watermark" pretty much gives anyone the right to use it, since it is part of the pic and not part of a caption to the pic (which would have been done had he secured your permission to use the pic and then wanted to credit you and protect your rights.)

I had already stated that I doubted he could claim any rights for his scan of a magazine page. The main point of my reply was that his use of "Courtesy of" in the watermark would seem to represent the giving up of any rights.

I'm not sure why my post warranted the shouting. Additionally, the claim that persons complaining about Duwayne are "grasping at straws" may hold for a few, but there are apparently people here who have legitimate cause to complain. I, myself, have not posted a direct complaint about him, although I did make observations about his eBay feedback.
