TRANSMISSION PROBLEM

    Dear Members,

    I have a 6speed gear box, H partner. i can not engage the reverse gear when the engine is running instead i have to stop the engine engage Reverse before i reverse. Similarly No.1 makes some noise every time i engage it and i struggle to engage it is not soft. Kindly anyone out there can advise on how to fix this.
