    Stupidest...criminal...ever.

    A man today in Tampa, FL used two strobe lights to pull over a car. When he approached the car, to his utter surprise, he was arrested by the two cops in the car he had just pulled over.

    Is this not one of the stupidest criminals ever? I'll try to find a news link for proof.
