the STI is out of the tC's class... so you can't compare em anyways.. but the fact that it can keep up with an STI is great... nobody would be hating if a Corolla was doing that..

it's only .1 liters off the sti in size anyway..

well with enough power the tc can run with the big boys

you gotta remember, it's only .1 liters off an STI ...

horsepower is only a function of torque over time

The STi dosent put out that much hp to the wheels due to drive train lost. I hang out at vishnu sometimes during dyno runs and they put out typically 230ish stock on a four wheel dyno. Also the WRX's drivetrain are pretty fragile so dont expect any better results from a stop, it really isnt recommended to do agressive launches or 1st to 2nd shifts on the WRX's drivetraing.

But I'm willing to bet the STi would out handle the TC, especially since the TC is more top heavy than pamela anderson before the boob reduction

um, dont' know if you know this or not, the WRX and the STi don't share drivetrains. the STI has a serious transmission in it.. it can handle heavy duty launches.

maybe shifting too late or too early,its all depend on the driver.i have seen alot of racing vids and people always messed up on a roll because of miss shifting or cant shift at all.Does anybody know how many horsepower that turbo tc is producing?just wondering.
