Sleepwalking is freaky, I've done it before...and I don't like the feeling of not knowing what I'm doing. It's amazing the capacity of our minds without conscious thought. Most of your day could be done automatically.

If you don't want to try medication, try looking up some herbal remedies, I'm positive there are some out there. Perhaps nothing like nyquil or sleeping pills, but maybe a cup of some relaxing tea before bed might help...

the tea idea is a good one...though it gives me the problem i mentioned in response to bulletproof...heh.

i dunno...i'll try that. thanks
