ride height

me too... i posted that question before.

the driver side is lower than my passenger side. btw..im riding on Tein S. Tech springs with stock shocks. i was thinking that the springs are sitting improperly. but then i also concluded that i weighed too much and caused that shock to die on me.

i still dont know whats wrong and i always rub on that side when i go over bumps and dips on the freeway. i have 215/45/17 tires.

any ideas why its like that????

my 91 corolla is like that too.

it's normal.. don't worry about it..

our left side is lower because our transmission, battery, and driver are all in on the left side of the car (heavier on the left).. the only reason why you can't tell on the stock springs is becaues our stock gap is too big..

yup what he said.........the weight of the engine bay is not centered, it heavier on the driver's side.

now i know why its lower on that side. mine springs also squeak on that side.. is that normal too?

I also noticed this recently and then found this thread. The explanations given definitely make sense, but you know what's interesting is if you put the rear of the car on jackstands the front will level off. Any idea why that would be?

For reference, I'm on Hotchkis springs with Koni struts.
